[PART TIME] 3D RIGGING ARTIST
Cloisters Interactive is looking for a 3D Rigging Artist to work on our upcoming project, slated to start Fall 2022. This is a part-time contract position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Maya/3ds Max software preferred.
Rig and weight characters, creatures, and props while working closely with modelers and animators.
Collaborate with Tech Art, Character Animation, and Engineering teams to help define standards, tools, and workflows for characters and animation.
Outstanding demo reel.
Though not strictly required, candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas would be given more consideration:
Knowledge of commercial game engines such as Unity
2+ years working experience is a plus. Game industry experience is not strictly required.
Bachelor’s degree in Art/Animation or equivalent experience.
Build, test and maintain body and face rigs, skinning and secondary motion setups for a variety of 3D assets.

Work as part of a small yet agile team.
Maintain or exceed a consistent level of productivity while meeting deadlines and producing high quality work.
A love of storytelling + indie games is a big plus!
